Hello Hannibal-LaGrange Baseball Alum!
The Hannibal-LaGrange College baseball team will be holding its annual alumni game on October 8, 2011 at Nichols Field on the HLGU campus. The field will be open for batting practice at 9:00 AM and the game will start at 10:00. The day will consist of batting practice, and a nine inning game. We will provide your lunch following the game and encourage you to stick around and catch up with OLD friends.
Your participation is what will make this day a success. Our hope is to have enough alumni play so they can be divided into two teams of 10-12 players apiece. If we do not have a sufficient number of alumni, current players will fill in. Our current list of alumni is limited and sometimes it is hard to locate individuals who have moved, so please help us by spreading the word!
We are excited about the upcoming 2011 Trojan Baseball season. We hope that you can come share this excitement with us as well as revisiting your college home. We will ask that each participant make a minimum donation of $25 which will cover lunch and an alumni game T-shirt while helping support your program. If you are planning on attending please send me an email: cbiggs@hlg.edu. Be sure to indicate your t-shirt size so we can have them ready on that day. Registration money may be paid the day of the game.
